A gym or studio identity that skips the usual fitness cliches

We build brand identities for trainers, studios, and gyms. Then we build the website that turns that brand into booked classes.

A person mid-set during a strength training session at a gym

You’ve outgrown the stock gym look if

  • Your business runs on classes, sessions, or memberships, and nothing about your current look says which kind of gym you are.
  • Your logo came off a template or a generator, and it was never drawn for your gym specifically.
  • You are going after the boutique or premium end of the market and need a brand that actually reads that way.
  • Your logo needs to work everywhere your members actually see it, not just on a business card.

The problem

The members you want can’t tell it’s for them

A Pilates studio, a powerlifting gym, and a physical therapy practice are three different businesses. Online they run the same heavy lettering, the same dumbbell silhouette, the same photo of someone mid-rep.

Someone searching for exactly the kind of training you run scrolls right past, because nothing on the screen tells them they have found it.

A member should be able to tell what they are walking into before they book. We build yours to read as powerlifting, or Pilates, or rehab at a glance, instead of as a gym in general.

How the identity work begins

Three steps take you from your first message to a project you have agreed to.

1

Day one

Start with a free call

Tell us what you run, classes, personal training, or a full gym, and where the brand has to show up. We read it and reply with real questions.

2

Within the week

A free discovery consult

We go deeper on your gym or studio and what the current look is missing, plus whether a website makes sense right now. You leave the call with a spoken recommendation on what to build first.

3

Days after the consult

You get a proposal

A written proposal arrives with the scope, the cost for that scope, and a ship date. Work starts once you sign.

What a fitness brand and site include

A logo built around the gym you actually run

The logo, the colors, and the versions you need, designed around what sets your gym apart. Files arrive ready for print and screen.

A site built around the class schedule

Session times, booking, and a trial offer where a first-time visitor can find them in seconds, on a site carrying the brand we just built.

One system, so nothing gets redrawn

Apparel, signage, and everything between come off the same system. Nothing gets redrawn when a new piece is needed.

Training to run it yourself, or we keep it updated

A login, a short training session, and written steps, so your team runs day-to-day updates. If you would rather coach than edit a website, we handle those updates month to month.

AMH Training

AMH Training is a Houston personal training brand built around one founder’s transformation philosophy:

"Awaken. Manifest. Harness."

We treated the founder’s phoenix concept as architecture rather than illustration, building a geometric mark abstract enough to avoid the fire-and-feather cliches the symbol usually falls into.

We then extended it into primary, stacked, and reverse lockups tested across polos, T-shirts, athletic shorts, and drinkware.

AMH Training launched with a system that holds together across fabric, drinkware, and digital, giving a solo trainer a brand that stands out in a crowded category.

More fitness identity work

Sweat Social

Sweat Social positioned itself as a Pilates and wellness social club rather than a traditional studio. The concept is built around pop-up sessions at Houston lounges and event spaces followed by a social hour.

We started at the naming stage, then built an identity around a custom "S" icon and a sage-and-cream palette.

We deliberately avoided literal fitness symbolism, no dumbbells, no yoga poses, to keep the brand reading as boutique wellness rather than athletic performance.

The identity gave Sweat Social a cohesive foundation for pop-up activations, event marketing, and merchandise that reads as a lifestyle community, not another studio.

Heatwave Houston

Heatwave Houston built an Instagram following before it had anywhere for that traffic to land, and the original logo existed only as a low-resolution file that lost legibility at icon size.

We rebuilt the mark into a full lockup and icon system, then shipped a campaign-ready landing page ahead of the client’s ad launch. That led to a five-page site covering online, men’s, and women’s training.

The identity gave Heatwave Houston a mark that holds up from a phone screen to an Instagram icon. The finished site gave the brand a home to send that following to, instead of just a profile page.

Before you decide

We are a small local gym or solo trainer. Is a full brand system overkill?

No. Our own project history backs that up.

A solo personal trainer and a pop-up Pilates club are both in our portfolio. In both cases the full system, not just a logo, is what held the brand together across apparel, signage, and digital from day one.

Do you build the website, or just the brand identity?

Both. We build the site, the booking flow, and whatever the schedule has to connect to.

On a fitness brand the identity usually comes first, because the site is where it gets used hardest. Both land in one proposal, so you see the full project before anything starts.

Will new members find us when they search for a gym nearby?

Yes, and that work is its own service, running month to month alongside the build. We set up your Google Business Profile, get your name, address, phone, and hours matching everywhere they are listed, and work the map results that search lands on.

The same work feeds the AI answers. When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google’s AI for a gym nearby, those tools read Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing, and the same directories. We tag your pages so they can tell what you offer, where you are, and when classes run.

Start with a free call about your gym or studio

The call costs nothing. You leave it with a clear next step for the brand and the site.
