A website built around the job it has to do

Whether you are selling a product, capturing a lead, or booking an appointment, we scope the build around that goal and measure the finished site against it.

The problem

One page on your site does the earning

A website is many pages, and usually one of them carries the business. For a store it is the page where the sale closes. For a service firm it is the one that gets the right customer to call.

When nobody names that page at the start, the budget spreads evenly across the site, and the page that pays for the rest gets no more care than the pages that only decorate.

So we open every project by naming that page and its job with you. Every layout, the platform we recommend, and the order we build in all follow from that.

From your goal to a scoped build

Three steps take you from first message to a scoped build for your site.

1

Day one

Tell us what you need

Tell us what the business does, what you need the site to produce, and where the current site falls short. We read every message and reply with real questions.

2

Within the week

A free consult call

We walk through your current site, the customers you want more of, and what is getting in their way today. The call ends with a spoken recommendation covering structure, platform, and what to build first.

3

Days after the call

You get a proposal

We write up the scope, the cost for that scope, and a timeline. Work starts once you sign.

What your website build includes

Page structure chosen for the outcome you need

A site built to sell gets product pages and a checkout. A site built to bring in leads gets a short form and the proof a customer checks, placed where the page opens. A site built to fill a calendar puts booking front and center.

Speed treated as part of the design

A slow page loses the visitor before your site says a word. Every page is built and tested to load fast on the connections your customers actually use.

Ownership and a real handoff

You get the login, the files, and written steps for running the site. Monthly site maintenance is there when you would rather hand the upkeep to us.

A site that finally worked as hard as the studio

Motion Giraffx

Motion Giraffx used their old WordPress site during live sales meetings, and it kept failing them there, with slow loads, portfolio items that would not render, and video that stalled mid-presentation.

We rebuilt the site in Astro around a searchable portfolio the team can pull up mid-conversation, turning a liability into an active sales tool.

The studio now pulls up relevant work mid-meeting instead of hoping a page loads in time, and its organic search visibility has grown well past where the old site left off.

Another build worth a look

Detail Exchange

Detail Exchange came to us after a security breach that exposed personal and financial data. The site had been built offshore on WordPress, and a separate agency charged ongoing fees to host and maintain it without fixing the root problems.

We rebuilt it on Webflow and handed back full platform ownership, so the firm no longer depends on a vendor just to keep the site running.

The firm now controls its own platform and hosting outright, the kind of access the prior vendor relationship never gave them.

Before you decide

Is web design still worth it in 2026?

Yes. Search results, maps, reviews, and AI answers all send a potential customer to one place to make up their mind, and that place is your website.

What has changed is the bar. Most visitors arrive on a phone and decide quickly, and a dated site turns away business a current one would keep.

What does a web design service actually include?

The design and build of every page layout, the platform set up under it, and a site that works as well on a phone as on a desktop.

The launch is part of it too: forms tested until they reach your inbox, your domain name connected, and the site checked page by page before it goes live.

How long does a website project take?

Most projects run six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. A small site can ship sooner, and one with a large product list or a booking system wired to your calendar can run ten to twelve.

If you are in a bind, a site of a few pages can ship in as little as a week. Rush slots are limited and expediting adds to the cost, so ask early.

Once we know what yours needs, we commit to a date instead of a moving range.

How much do web design services cost?

The price follows the scope: how many page layouts the site needs, what it has to be able to do, and how much of the content already exists.

We price the work your site actually requires and list it line by line, so you can see what each dollar buys.

Will people find my website on Google and in AI answers?

Being findable is part of the build. Every page carries the behind-the-scenes code that tells Google, and AI tools like ChatGPT, what your business does, where you are, and who you serve.

For customers searching nearby, we also line up your Google Business Profile and the directory listings that both the map results and AI assistants read.

Can I keep my domain name and email if you rebuild my site?

Yes. The domain name stays yours and moves with the new site, and your email keeps working through the switch.

Anything worth keeping from the current site comes across too: photos, writing, and the reviews you have earned.
