The Woodlands

Web design, branding, and SEO for The Woodlands businesses

Customers here meet you online long before they see your door. We build the search presence, the website, and the brand that turn that first meeting into a call.

Your reputation is ahead of your website if

  • Walk-in traffic was never the plan here, so your website carries the first impression, and it's showing its age.
  • Neighbors pass your name around the village groups, and the website they find afterward undersells the work.
  • Your logo shows up one way on the sign, another way on the invoice, and a third way on the website, and customers notice all three.
  • Searches that should end at your door, from Market Street to Creekside Park, keep ending at somebody else's.

The problem

They can’t see you from the road

The Woodlands was planned so nobody would see a billboard from the road, and it worked. The same planning hides your business. Someone can drive past your building every day and never learn what’s inside.

So your real storefront is a search result, and customers walk into it the same way every time:

search, tap a result, judge what loads

If what loads looks thin or dated, the visit goes to the next name on the screen.

That contest happens on one small screen, and any business here can win it. We build what decides it. The search presence that gets you found, the website that earns the visit, and the brand that gets remembered.

What we build for our Woodlands neighbors

A brand strategy that holds up at every size

Logo and identity work that stays legible from browser tab up to billboards, and holds up as you grow. The same marks, everywhere, until people know them by heart.

Websites built for the work you want

A full build, from strategy to launch, shaped around how you and your business operates. Build your buyer’s confidence and excitement before they even reach out to you.

Ranking across your service area

Citation listings (directory sites), on-page data structures, and technical groundwork that puts your business in your prospect’s local search results.

Visibility in AI-generated answers

ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity answer local questions by pulling from Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing. We build the structured data that puts your business in those answers.

What we've already built

Antonio Bernal Photography

Antonio Bernal Photography is a studio brand from Carlton Woods, built for portrait, editorial, and commercial work. Clients meet the photographs before they meet the studio, so the identity had to hold up wherever the images travel.

We drew a custom abp monogram, three letters joined into one continuous mark, and set a spaced wordmark beside it. The pair reads clean on a full presentation board and stays legible stamped small in the corner of an image.

The identity now scales from a presentation board down to a watermark, and at every size the photographs stay the centerpiece.

Monarch Patio and Outdoors

Monarch Patio and Outdoors builds covered patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and hardscaping for homeowners across west and north Houston, The Woodlands included.

Homeowners size a contractor up from its pages long before they call, so we built the brand and the site around what they check. That means real projects, a clear process, and a fixed price that stays fixed.

The first call starts further along now. The homeowner arrives with the work already seen, the process already read, and the pricing already clear.

How customers here decide who gets the call

A photography studio and an outdoor builder have almost nothing in common, and customers here hire both the same way. They search, they compare, and they contact the one that looks ready.

What gets compared is concrete:

recent photos, prices in plain sight, a logo that matches the sign out front

Show up well on that screen and the tree line stops mattering. By the time anyone drives over, they’ve already picked you.

What a project costs in The Woodlands

Our sites are priced by page layout rather than by page count. A layout is a page design your business reuses wherever it fits. For example: Four layouts might cover four pages or ten.*

The one-pager Webflow starter kit

One layout, fixed price, the only flat number on this list.

$1,500

Four page layouts on Webflow

Webflow is a visual builder, so your team can edit pages and publish changes without a developer.

from $4,200

Four page layouts as a custom Astro build

The same four layouts, written directly in code. It takes more hours to build, and the pages load faster and can connect to software a visual builder cannot reach.

from $6,200

Shopify store

Product setup, checkout, and payment processing included.

from $8,800

Brand identity, logo included

Logo, color system, and typography, ready to use on your site and everywhere else.

from $3,800

Local SEO, AI SEO, Gen AI Optimization

Ongoing work on your directory listings, your page data structures, and the technical groundwork that holds a ranking once you have it on Google SERP and Gen AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude).

from $1,500/month

* Every price above includes design, development, and copy for the listed layout count. Many additional pages beyond what is listed may affect the cost, so it’s best to reach out to us for details.

Also, for photos and video, you can supply your own, use a studio we partner with, or go with licensed stock.

A call, a consult, then a proposal

If that sounds familiar, the next part is easy. Three steps take you from a first call to a signed proposal, and the first two cost nothing.

1

Day one

Start with a free call

Tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what’s missing from your current site or brand. We read what you send, and we’ll come back with questions built around it.

2

Within the week

A free discovery consult

We go deeper on your market, who you’re losing work to, and where your site or brand falls short. You’ll leave the call with a spoken recommendation on what to build first.

3

Days after the consult

You get a proposal

We’ll put the scope, the cost for that scope, and a ship date in writing. Work starts once you sign, and not before.

Before you decide

Customers already find us on Google Maps. Does the website really matter?

Your Maps profile gets you found, and it does that job well. The showing, the convincing, and the booking happen after the tap, and that part of the sale belongs to your website.

So we treat the two as one system. Your profile, your listings, and your site tell the same story, and the customer who starts on the map lands on a page that finishes the job.

Our current site runs on an old page builder. Is any of it worth keeping?

Usually more than you’d guess. The rebuild goes up on Webflow, Shopify, or custom Astro, whichever fits the way your business sells.

Pages that rank, copy that reads well, and photos worth showing all make the move. Anything dated gets redesigned instead of dragged along.

Will I show up for searches in The Woodlands, or do I need a Houston address?

No Houston address needed. What matters is where you actually operate, and we make that unmistakable on your site, your profiles, and everywhere search and AI answers pull from.

Wider searches still surface you, and so do the towns next door. Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, and over toward Tomball all fit in the same footprint.

Tell us what needs building

A few lines about what you sell and what needs building are enough. We’ll follow up to set up your free call.
