Katy

Web design, branding, and local SEO for Katy businesses

Katy businesses tend to outgrow their websites quietly. Operations expand but their sites tend to stay put. We rebuild brands and sites to match the true you.

Your reputation is ahead of your website if

  • Your website lists half of what your business actually does.
  • Parts of your site depend on somebody remembering to update them, and somebody has stopped remembering.
  • The only copy of your logo is a low-resolution file that has been stretched onto everything from business cards to banners.
  • You built your reputation in one part of Katy, and the newcomers arriving along the Grand Parkway have never heard of you.

The problem

They don’t know you yet

Katy keeps growing, and every new rooftop is a household that’s never heard of you.

The family that moved in last spring never saw the work that built your reputation, so your website is the only version of you they get.

That version is smaller than the business you actually run, and it’s the one they’re comparing against two other businesses.

So we rebuild both at once. Both the brand and site. The logo keeps the equity you spent years earning, and the site starts working like part of your operation instead of against it. Then we optimize for search so the next client finds you even faster.

What we build for our Katy neighbors

A brand strategy that holds up at every size

Logo and identity work that stays legible from browser tab up to billboards, and holds up as you grow. The same marks, everywhere, until people know them by heart.

Websites built for the work you want

A full build, from strategy to launch, shaped around how you and your business operates. Build your buyer’s confidence and excitement before they even reach out to you.

Ranking across your service area

Citation listings (directory sites), on-page data structures, and technical groundwork that puts your business in your prospect’s local search results.

Visibility in AI-generated answers

ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity answer local questions by pulling from Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing. We build the structured data that puts your business in those answers.

What we've already built

Veronica Mendoza Realty

Veronica Mendoza Realty is a family brokerage in Cinco Ranch that runs on referrals and repeat clients. Its online presence was a low-resolution logo sitting on a template that could have belonged to any brokerage in Texas.

The logo had real equity, so we reconstructed it into a full vector system instead of replacing it. Then we built the site around the services the brokerage actually does:

buying, selling, leasing, and commercial

With listings wired straight to HAR.

The template is gone, the logo scales to anything, and the listings, the part of any real estate site that goes stale first, now take care of themselves.

How customers here decide who gets the call

What we did for Veronica Mendoza works because of how Katy grows.

New neighborhoods fill up faster than reputations travel, so most customers’ first impression is via the business site. Usually this occurs before anyone gets around to recommending them.

The site that looks current and complete during that first look gets the call. That’s true for a brokerage in Cinco Ranch, and just as true for the shop, the clinic, or the restaurant one exit down.

Katy is really several markets, and a brand that fits one can look out of place in the next. Most businesses here sell across at least two.

One brand, four parts of Katy

Old Katy

Heritage storefronts and referral trade. A business here can lean on its history, if the logo and the signage look like they’ve been around that long.

Cinco Ranch

Master-planned neighborhoods where families settle in and stay. Recommendations travel between neighbors here, and the business they name gets looked up the same evening.

The Grand Parkway corridor

New storefronts every quarter, buyers with no loyalties yet. First impressions do all the work here, because nobody has a history with anybody.

Katy Mills and the retail belt

Destination traffic next to national chains. A local business here gets compared to their signage and websites, and the right brand holds its own.

What a Katy project costs

Our sites are priced by page layout rather than by page count. A layout is a page design your business reuses wherever it fits. For example: Four layouts might cover four pages or ten.*

The one-pager Webflow starter kit

One layout, fixed price, the only flat number on this list.

$1,500

Four page layouts on Webflow

Webflow is a visual builder, so your team can edit pages and publish changes without a developer.

from $4,200

Four page layouts as a custom Astro build

The same four layouts, written directly in code. It takes more hours to build, and the pages load faster and can connect to software a visual builder cannot reach.

from $6,200

Shopify store

Product setup, checkout, and payment processing included.

from $8,800

Brand identity, logo included

Logo, color system, and typography, ready to use on your site and everywhere else.

from $3,800

Local SEO, AI SEO, Gen AI Optimization

Ongoing work on your directory listings, your page data structures, and the technical groundwork that holds a ranking once you have it on Google SERP and Gen AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude).

from $1,500/month

* Every price above includes design, development, and copy for the listed layout count. Many additional pages beyond what is listed may affect the cost, so it’s best to reach out to us for details.

Also, for photos and video, you can supply your own, use a studio we partner with, or go with licensed stock.

A call, a consult, then a proposal

If that sounds familiar, the next part is easy. Three steps take you from a first call to a signed proposal, and the first two cost nothing.

1

Day one

Start with a free call

Tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what’s missing from your current site or brand. We read what you send, and we’ll come back with questions built around it.

2

Within the week

A free discovery consult

We go deeper on your market, who you’re losing work to, and where your site or brand falls short. You’ll leave the call with a spoken recommendation on what to build first.

3

Days after the consult

You get a proposal

We’ll put the scope, the cost for that scope, and a ship date in writing. Work starts once you sign, and not before.

Before you decide

Our logo is dated, but customers recognize it. Do we have to start over?

No, and the brokerage above is why we say that. Their mark had years of recognition and one problem, it only existed as a blurry file. We rebuilt it clean instead of replacing it.

Recognition is worth keeping. When a mark has earned its place, we redraw it sharp, build out the missing formats, and leave what customers know intact.

Will my business come up for searches in Katy, or just in Houston?

Katy is the target. Your Google Business Profile, your directory entries, and the location data on every page get written to say it plainly.

That same setup keeps you in the wider Houston results too. And when your customers come from Fulshear, Brookshire, or out I-10 toward Sealy, we build those towns into it as well.

Our site runs on an old builder. Can you fix it in place?

It moves, and that’s the better fix. We build on Webflow, Shopify, and custom Astro, because those are the platforms we can keep fast, secure, and easy for your team to edit.

Moving doesn’t mean starting from nothing. Like the logo work above, whatever still works, copy, pages, structure, comes across intact.

Tell us what needs building

A few lines about what you sell and what needs building are enough. We’ll follow up to set up your free call.
