Texana Global Energy Brand and Website Design
We modernized the digital presence of an industrial EPC and energy services company, rebuilding a fragmented WordPress site into a structured, credible platform that better communicates technical capability and earns trust in sales conversations.

Overview
Texana Global Energy is an industrial EPC, fabrication, inspection, and energy services company specializing in construction, QA/QC, ASME-certified fabrication, NDT services, industrial consulting, and infrastructure support across the energy sector. Their work revolves around safety, compliance, operational reliability, and technical precision, serving industrial facilities, pipelines, fabrication systems, and energy infrastructure projects requiring strict certifications.
The company had established operational credibility offline, but their digital presence no longer reflected the scale or professionalism of the work being delivered in the field. The existing site had grown outdated, unreliable, and structurally disconnected from the quality of services they actually provide.
Our engagement at Desque focused on modernizing the company’s digital infrastructure while preserving existing brand familiarity and reinforcing trust, clarity, and professionalism across every touchpoint.
Challenges
The project started as a website cleanup, but a thorough audit revealed problems that ran far deeper than aesthetics. The site structurally lacked clear information hierarchy, coherent service narratives, intuitive navigation, and any meaningful user flow. Most pages were disconnected cards and fragmented service lists with little explanation of how services connected or why the company was qualified to perform the work.
As the audit continued, additional issues surfaced: broken footer links, calls-to-action redirecting to WordPress template documentation, leftover third-party template artifacts, inconsistent formatting, weak mobile responsiveness, poor metadata implementation, and no favicon or professional browser identity. The platform also suffered from slow loading, unreliable uptime, and inconsistent functionality.
These were not surface-level problems. The website regularly functioned as part of the company’s sales and presentation process, and its instability actively undermined client confidence. We examine how these failure patterns play out in building trust through web design.

These screenshots show the state of the site when we took it on, capturing the fragmentation and template dependency the rebuild needed to resolve.

Before: services
Objectives
Our primary goal was to transform the site from a liability into a dependable sales and credibility tool. That meant improving performance and stability, eliminating broken links and template remnants, and reorganizing fragmented content into a structured user experience.
We also needed to better communicate certifications, services, and operational capabilities, and to improve credibility during client presentations. On the brand side, the existing Texana logo required reconstruction from unusable low-resolution files, so we rebuilt it into a complete, scalable asset package without disrupting the recognition already built around the identity.
Solutions
Website redesign and digital modernization
The site was completely redesigned around a more contemporary full-width architecture built on stronger hierarchy, guided user flow, modular content systems, and responsive layouts. The visual system was intentionally restrained rather than over-stylized: dark industrial navy tones, muted gray sections, controlled blue accents, high-contrast typography, and structured spacing. This allowed the platform to feel significantly more modern while remaining credible and grounded within the industrial and energy sectors.
The previous WordPress implementation was replaced with a substantially more dependable platform. Broken template artifacts were removed, page structure was modernized, responsiveness was improved, and proper metadata and favicon support were implemented. Navigation behavior was refined, and the site was stabilized across devices. For the role that platform decisions play in this kind of outcome, see our web design service and the context we share in when to move beyond WordPress.
Information architecture and content structure
One of the most impactful improvements was reorganizing fragmented content into a service-based narrative system. Instead of presenting isolated lists of capabilities, the site was restructured into dedicated service categories: Industrial Services, ASME Fabrication, Inspection and QA/QC, NDT Services, and Safety and Compliance. Each section was designed to explain operational capabilities, certifications, standards, and processes in context, transforming a collection of disconnected information into a guided, understandable platform.
Brand asset reconstruction
Although this was not a full rebrand, the existing logo required reconstruction due to unusable source files. We carefully rebuilt it into scalable production-ready assets, preserving the original identity and recognition while creating a complete modern asset package with AI master files, EPS, SVG, PDF, and PNG exports, along with color variations for website, print, digital, and dark/light background use.

Results
The redesigned platform presents Texana Global Energy as structured, capable, dependable, technically credible, and operationally mature. The updated experience better reflects the scale and professionalism of the work the company already performs offline, replacing what the original site communicated: outdated infrastructure, fragmented organization, low trust, template dependency, and operational inconsistency.
Technically, the site became substantially more stable and usable through improved responsiveness, faster loading, cleaner navigation, removal of broken template links, and more reliable page behavior across devices. These improvements reduced friction during presentations, sales conversations, and day-to-day usage. Operationally, the company gained a website that functions as a sales support tool and credibility platform rather than a liability during business development conversations.
Assessment
This project worked because the focus stayed on operational and credibility problems rather than surface-level visual updates. Texana Global Energy did not need an experimental or trend-driven website. They needed a dependable platform capable of communicating professionalism, reliability, and technical capability in a trust-driven industry where presentation directly influences client confidence.
One of the most important strategic decisions was preserving existing brand familiarity rather than forcing a complete rebrand. Industrial and energy companies rely heavily on long-term relationships and operational trust. Maintaining recognizable identity elements while modernizing presentation allowed the company to evolve digitally without disrupting the brand equity they had already built.
