Day one
Tell us what the site needs to do every day, where the current one falls short, and what it has to connect to, like your scheduling calendar or a permit system. We read it and reply with real questions.
Within the week
We go deeper on the jobs you want more of, what the current site gets wrong, and what your team needs to run alone after launch. You leave the call with a spoken recommendation on what the build should cover.
Days after the consult
We send you the fixed scope, the cost for that scope, and a ship date in writing. Work begins once you agree to it and sign.
What we build becomes your property, not something licensed to you for as long as you keep paying. You can change it, extend it, or hand it to another developer whenever you decide.
We build every page as small, fast files, so the site is quick the day it launches. That speed is one of the things Google ranks you on.
We add the technical labels search engines and AI answers read for what you offer and where you serve. The site gets lined up with your Google Business Profile and map listings, so nearby searches find the right business.
At launch you get the full code, the accounts the site runs on, and written steps for both. If you have no technical team, we run all of it for you, from content edits to hosting, performance, and security.

Global Air Service, a Texas HVAC company, wanted a customer’s first look at the business to say it is professionally run. That took a new brand and a site to carry it.
We designed a dual-ring logo representing airflow, set it in a blue-and-orange palette, and rebuilt the site around the new identity.
The rebuild took the site off WordPress and onto a fast custom-built foundation. Customer records, hosting, domain, and email used to sit with separate vendors. All of it now runs through one connected setup.
A custom build starts at $6,200 for four page layouts, with the design, the code, and the copy included. A layout is a page design the site reuses, so four layouts can cover four pages or over ten.

As with all quotes, our number climbs with what the site has to do. A booking flow, a quoting tool, or a connection into the software you already run each gets written by hand, and those build hours are most of the price.
Hosting adds a small monthly cost of its own, rising and falling with traffic.
Astro is the web framework we write your site in. It builds each page down to simple files with almost none of the extra code most platforms make a phone download, so pages open nearly instantly.
That speed is measured, and the data is public. Real-world numbers from Chrome show about two thirds of Astro sites passing Google’s speed checks on phones, against about half of WordPress sites.
IKEA, Porsche, and Cloudflare all run sites built on it. The site you are reading right now is built on it too.
Astro itself is free and open source. No plan fee is attached, and the finished site can be hosted anywhere you like.
That depends on what the build needs. When pages change often, we set up an editing screen for that content and show your team how to use it. When they rarely change, we make the updates for you instead of adding a login nobody would use.
If you would rather not touch the site at all, we handle updates job by job, or on a monthly plan that covers the whole site.
