A website that sells the agent, not just the listing

We build sites that give an agent or brokerage a brand of its own and keep listings synced with HAR or Zillow. A client deciding between agents sees who you are, and listings that are actually current.

Your site should sell the agent if

  • Keeping your site current with HAR or Zillow takes work nobody has time for. So it shows stale listings, or none at all.
  • You are an independent agent or a small team. Your brand does most of the trust-building before a client ever picks up the phone.
  • Your site is the same template as everyone else in the office, and nothing on it says which agent a client found.
  • Your current site leans on the same rooftop-and-keys look, when what a client wants to see is your listings and the people behind them.

The problem

Nothing says why you and not the next tab

A seller comparing agents has three or four tabs open. Yours is a brokerage template with your photo swapped in, and so are the others. Nothing on it says why you and not the next tab.

A listing still marked active two months after it sold tells that visitor the agent is not paying attention, before they read a word of the site’s copy.

Fixing that takes two things. A brand that reads as yours rather than the office’s, and listings that update themselves instead of waiting on someone to remember.

Where your new site starts

Three steps take you from your first message to a project you have agreed to.

1

Day one

Start with a free call

Tell us whether you are an independent agent or represent a brokerage, and what your current listings setup looks like. We read it and reply with real questions.

2

Within the week

A free discovery consult

We go deeper on your listings, your brand, and where buyers and sellers need to land on your site. You leave the call with a spoken recommendation on what to build first.

3

Days after the consult

You get a proposal

A written proposal arrives with the scope, the cost for that scope, and a ship date, including how any MLS or IDX connection fits in. Work starts once you sign it, not before.

What we build into a real estate site

An identity built around you or your team

A logo, colors, and materials designed to be recognized on a yard sign, a business card, and your own site, whether that is for one agent or the whole brokerage.

Listings that stay in sync with HAR or Zillow

Your listings mirrored onto your own site and kept current from the platform you already work in. No second system to update by hand.

Found in the map results and the AI answers

Your Google Business Profile, your name and number matching across the directories, and every listing page tagged so search engines can read what is for sale and where. The same tags feed ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI, which answer from Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing.

Training to run it yourself, or we keep it updated

A login, a short training session, and written steps, so your team can update a listing or a bio the same day it changes. Or we handle those updates month to month if you would rather hand off the edits.

Veronica Mendoza Realty

Veronica Mendoza Realty came to us with a low-resolution logo and a generic brokerage template. Neither did justice to a family-operated brokerage that had already earned real community trust.

We rebuilt the brand, then moved into a custom website with distinct sections for buying, selling, leasing, and commercial work, each structured around the questions clients actually bring to those conversations.

We also built a centralized listings system into the site, giving the brokerage control over how properties are presented on its own pages rather than only on a third-party portal.

The rebuild positioned the brokerage as an established organization, gave clients a clear path by service, and gave every listing a page of its own that stays current.

More real estate builds

Naran Group

Naran Group is a Houston-area luxury real estate team that wanted its brand to carry the relationship-driven side of the business.

We grounded the identity in personal symbolism from the founder’s own wedding emblem, then built a website that leads with narrative and expertise.

That meant a resources section that educates buyers and sellers, and real team photography that makes the people behind the brand tangible before a visitor ever makes contact.

The team gained a more refined brand presence and a website built for trust-building and long-term relationship development.

Urban Residence Realty

Urban Residence Realty is an independently branded agent under a freelance-style brokerage. The agent runs their own marketing while the brokerage handles legal and compliance.

With no brokerage recognition to lean on, everything came down to the agent’s own mark.

We built a compact identity, a handwritten-quality monogram inside a bold red badge.

The identity gave Urban Residence Realty a cleaner presence, with a standalone icon that performs well in small formats like profile photos and thumbnails.

Before you decide

Do I have to choose between my own site and HAR or Zillow?

No. We mirror your listings onto your own site and keep the two in sync, so a client sees the same inventory wherever they browse.

How the sync is wired depends on your brokerage’s data provider, and we settle that during the discovery call.

How much does a realtor website cost?

It depends on whether you need a personal agent site or a full brokerage build. It also depends on how many service pages and listing types the site carries, and how much brand work happens alongside it.

A personal agent site and a brokerage build with a live MLS or IDX feed are different projects, and we price them that way rather than applying one rate to both.

Your proposal carries the figure for your scope after the free discovery call.

How is this different from the template my brokerage already gives me?

The template is shared by the whole office. It can never argue for one agent in it.

We build a brand and site distinct enough to be remembered after the open house, while still fitting inside whatever compliance rules your brokerage requires.
